Tonight I pulled samples from the three batches I brewed this past Labor Day weekend. I am really pleased with how all three are coming along... It's going to be a sopping wet autumn!

After 24 hours, the elderberry wine is getting off to a slow start. At least I think it's a slow start. I've never made anything like this before ( Read more... )

The Labor Day weekend brew-a-thon began yesterday with some much needed maintenance to the batches at Cristofana's house. More on that in another post.
